Hi Admin I don't think you should skip a template because of the html angle. I use a WP ported template and customised it. Zero html knowledge but one week of tinkering around and I was almost hooked. Would recommend trying it because you will find that suddenly there is so much you can do with your blog. Opens up quite a few options. Good luck!
